Ordering Information

The website with shopping cart is not connected to our "in-house" computer system. Therefore, it does not know inventory on any item. Ordering an item does not necessarily insure that we will have that item - or that quantity of that item in stock. If you need to be certain of an item / quantity - please call to inquire at: 1-800-526-1630.


Be sure you enter your shipping information accurately. If there is a mistake with the shipping information, UPS will charge a $12.35 fee to correct it. This fee will be passed on to you, if the error is yours. Or... if the package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address - UPS charges us the shipping BOTH directions. This charge will also be passed on to you.

To order through our online store:

When a selection of color, size, quantity, etc. is offered by a or a quantity indicator box , set your preference. Then, click the "Add To Basket"  () button. If you want the same item in more than one color, size, etc., reset the selectors, and click "Add To Basket" again.

You can always view what you have purchased by clicking the "View Basket" () button. Here you can make any changes you want to your order.
When you have finished shopping, use the "View Basket" () button to go to checkout where your final order will be processed. You will be asked to enter shipping instructions.

You can print out your completed order form to fax or mail to us with check or credit card information, or you can pay with your credit card on line. If paying by credit card, please note: the shopping cart does NOT charge your card at the time you place your order. The shopping cart total is an estimate only. We will run your credit card through "in house" once the order is packed, totaled, and ready to be shipped.

Quantities can be changed, and items removed from your basket at  any time just as you might do in a "real" store (except in our store nobody frowns if you don't take stuff back where you found it). Just click your "View Basket" button at any time while you're shopping to examine or adjust your basket contents.

(winter - 9:30 a.m. - noon), and Tues. evenings until 8:00 P.M. This is EASTERN STANDARD TIME! If you call after hours, you may leave your order on the answering machine.


To order via mail:

Write your order on a piece of paper. Include: the name of the item as listed in our catalog, the quantity desired, your name, shipping address, and phone number with area code, and mail it along with payment to: Royalwood Ltd., 517 Woodville Rd., Mansfield, Ohio 44907.


To order by Fax:

Please do NOT order by e-mail; order online only through our secure shopping basket. E-mailed orders have proven to be very unreliable. We cannot be responsible for orders lost in cyberspace!!! However, you are welcome to ask questions about products and inquire about availability by e-mail.


Back Orders: Normally, we do not back order out of stock items.  However; on occasion we will back order a large quantity of an item, if we expect it to be in stock within a reasonable amount of time.

Shipping will be charged on any back ordered items.

Terms

Check or Money Order:

A check or money order may be sent along with mail orders. Add $1.50 handling. Allow for the shipping cost. We will ship UPS or best way. If you are in Ohio, you will need to add 7% sales tax. (Sorry - Orders from first time customers sending personal checks, will be held 10 business days for the check to clear the bank.) Foreign checks and money orders will be accessed a $20.00 processing fee - our bank charges us this fee - beginning Nov. 20, 2016


COD:

Orders can be sent COD - via UPS. The UPS driver will need to be paid in full, upon delivery of the package. Unless previous arrangements have been made, COD shipments will be sent Money Order - Only. UPS will no longer accept cash for COD payment. UPS charges an $12.00 fee for this service. You will be billed for this along with the shipping cost.


Credit Card:

We take Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Any of these may be used when ordering by mail,  phone, or on-line. For your protection, you will be asked to give your credit card number each time you order. If paying by credit card, please note: the shopping cart does NOT charge your card at the time you place your order. The shopping cart total is an estimate only. We will run your credit card through "in house" once the order is packed, totaled, and ready to be shipped.


Open Account:

Open accounts are granted on a net-10-days basis. This means payment must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Open accounts are given to those with valid credit references. Accounts not paid in accordance with the net-10-days terms will be changed to credit card or COD only. Interest of 2% per month will be charged on all past due accounts.


Special Handling Fee:

If you want a rush shipment, and we must set aside orders that are ahead of you, and / or make a special trip to the post office or UPS office to accommodate the rush, there will be a charge of $10.00 per package - over and above the shipping charges.






Returns

Returns are accepted on all items - except individual patterns and cut pieces of cane webbing or Shaker Tape. Please enclose a note with your name, address, phone number, and reason for return, in a box along with the returned material. NO RETURNS AFTER 60 DAYS. Returns due to customer error are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returns that cause a wholesale order to drop below the $100.00 minimum will also cause the prices of the order to revert to retail. Sorry, but NO shipping costs will be refunded on returns that are not due to an error on our part. All items returned must be in re-sellable condition.






Shipping Information

Beginning Jan. 1, 2015, UPS changed the way the shipping on packages is priced. It is now figured by dimensional weight - the space the package takes up - as well as the weight.  If it is less expensive to send your bulky packages via Priority Mail, we will ship them via Post Office.  In this case - the package may go out the following day, as our mail pickup is in the morning.

Please double check your address when typing it into the shopping cart online. If the address is incorrect, UPS charges us $12.35 to "fix" it. Sorry, this cost will be passed along to you if it is your mistake. Or... if the package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address - UPS charges us the shipping BOTH ways. This charge will also be passed on to you

Orders are packed and shipped on a first-come-first-served basis. Those received before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day. Otherwise, orders are shipped the next business day at the latest. Sorry, but once an order is packed, processed, and taken to the loading dock, that order may NOT be added to.

We will ship your order the least expensive way. Most small orders are shipped via USPS. Larger orders will likely go via UPS. Please see note at top of this section. UPS offers many choices of service including: Regular Ground, Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Air. Unless, specified otherwise, orders are shipped out Regular Ground. Using these methods of shipment, delivery to most areas of the country is made within 4 working days. Exceptions are rural deliveries which may take an extra day or two. Please allow adequate time for your package to arrive! (No UPS service on Sat. / Sun., Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year Holidays.) To qualify for the Commercial Rate, UPS requires that there MUST BE a store front in a commercial area of town. Home businesses - (even if in separate buildings at a residence) - in a residential area, are no longer considered to be commercial by UPS, and will be charged the Residential Shipping Rate. These are UPS regulations - not ours. Actual shipping costs, plus $1.50 handling, are charged to each order. Insurance charges will be added if applicable.


International Shipments:

International Shipping Charges can be pricey.

Most International Shipments will be sent UPS Worldwide Saver. A 30% discount off the published pricing will be granted on the Worldwide Saver UPS shipping cost. The discount will be figured in house.  It does not show up on the Shopping Cart - nor will it appear on the confirmation sent by the shopping cart service! The discount does NOT apply to any other UPS or to USPS shipping.

We will ship smaller orders via USPS Express Mail International, but any orders over $300 will go via UPS Worldwide Saver. We have had trouble with Express Mail International packages getting lost.

(With the UPS discount, UPS & Post Office shipping rates are more comparable. UPS is much more reliable & quicker.)

The UPS discount will NOT show up on the shopping cart, but will be figured in house. We will e-mail you with the shipping costs before sending the merchandise.

Duty or customs fees charged by the destination government are NOT included in the shipping cost. We are NOT in any way responsible for these charges.


Shipments to Canada:

International Post Office

International Post Office: Shipments to Canada, only, can be sent via Priority Mail or Express Mail International (in some areas UPS Ground is available). Priority Mail Service to Canada will NOT appear as a shipping option on the cart. Please indicate this method in the comments section of your order.

Payment for foreign orders must be made by credit card. Our bank charges a $20.00 fee to process foreign checks & money orders - even if made out in US Funds. Beginning Nov.20, 2016, we will no longer be able to accept this form of payment - unless previous arrangements are made. Sorry for the inconvenience.
